NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS

Each new year brings with it new resolutions...some we fulfill and others we don't!

Since the beginning of the year we have been working on this new topic: 

NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS. 

We have learned vocabulary and expressions related to the topic as well as the basic grammatical structure for the use of the future tense in English. As always, we have worked on it through different dynamics, activities and games that involve children from the very beginning in their own learning.

OPPOSITE ADJECTIVES

Hello everyone!

I would like to share with you the new unit that we have been working on during these last weeks in the English classes: OPPOSITE ADJECTIVES.

As we normally do, through different games and dynamics we have been learning a lot of vocabulary, specifically adjectives, using them in sentences.

MATCHING GAME...

Without necessarly knowing the words (they had diccionaries with them to look for different words and their meaning), in collaborative groups, they had to match several pictograms with their correct writing form as well as with their opposite. 

                                                   BOARD GAME...

In order to revise the vocabulary, we also played a board game in which they had to say out loud all the opposite adjectives they knew.

                                              MAGAZINE MURAL...

To put in practice the vocabulary and look up for new opposite adjectives, they had to find and cut images in magazines, trying to make pair of opposite adjectives describing them with a sentence.
